MKULTRA was related to MKNAOMI – a joint CIA & Army Chemical & Biological-Weapons project based at Fort Detrick, Maryland, USA, that ran from 1953 to 1970. The project involved “developing, testing, and maintaining biological agents and delivery systems for use against humans as well as against animals and crops”. MKNAOMI received CIA funding through MKULTRA Sub-projects 13, 30 and 50.[1]

A warning to all VIP pedophile network victims:

The Bible says: ‘Ye shall know them by their fruits.’  This means that a person’s underlying intention is not necessarily indicated by the words that initially come from their mouths – but by the ultimate impact of their actions over time.

Support groups (including international advocacy group SNAP) have an unwritten policy regarding VIP pedophile network victims.  Their policy is to not support VIP victims unless the victims already achieved a conviction against their perpetrators.  Some groups are worse than this.  For example, multiple VIP victims report that Australian child abuse advocacy group Bravehearts collected their evidence under the guise of providing this to authorities.  But the end result was that the victims’ information never made it to the intended destination, or in its original form.

VIP pedophile network Sleepers exist within these advocacy institutions.  Individuals typically align themselves with these support groups to gain access to victims.  There they sit in waiting, sometimes for years, for VIP victims.  During their wait, they may well engage in activity that appears to support victims; for example, publicising Royal Commission hearings on YouTube that would otherwise remain inaccessible, turning up to rallies and court hearings, writing statements and complaints for victims, and providing phone support to victims.  The sleeper may lie dormant in this capacity for years – but then suddenly spring into action at the sight of a VIP victim.

To demonstrate, a certain Sleeper’s behaviour has ensnared the Wood Royal Commission victims.  The NSW Boys Homes victims (who were prostituted to VIP pedophiles at Kings Cross Sydney) have recently been persuaded to abandon a decent lawyer in favour of a lawyer who is vicious and contemptuous of VIP pedophile ring victims.  The following are some quotes by this sleazy lawyer:

• Survivors who name VIP pedophiles are fantasists.
• VIP victims will name anybody that’s currently being investigated.
• VIP victims undo all the good achieved with the real victims of Catholic Clergy abuse.
• Touching the VIP victims cases would prevent one helping real victims of clergy abuse.

A team of advocates worked solidly for 3 months to gather the Wood Royal Commission victims’ testimonies, publish their witness testimonies and supporting evidence, and pressure the police and Royal Commission to act on these testimonies.  Consequently, the Royal Commission handed to their Referral Team within the NSW Police, 106 VIP case files that they had wrongfully withheld from this Team for 1.5 years.  Further, the NSW Police assigned a Task Force to the investigation of the NSW Boys Homes.

The lone efforts of a Sleeper who infiltrated this group effectively undid the group’s efforts.  The Sleeper aligned herself with an advocacy organisation.  It was this Sleeper who convinced the Boys Home victims to swap lawyers.  This lawyer excluded some of the VIP victims, when the original plan had been to keep the victims together in a ‘class action’ format – as there was support and safety in numbers.  The Sleeper succeeded in separating the Boys Home victims from their original support team, badmouthed the original support team members, and convinced the victims to abandon the initial advocacy methods that proved extremely effective.  For instance, the Sleeper campaigned to have any reference to the Boys Home victims’ articles removed from the internet.  She resorted to phoning and screaming hysterically for social media pages to be taken down from the internet.

It was the Sleeper who originally introduced two perpetrators who are currently under police investigation for posing as victim advocates who liaised with the Child Abuse Royal Commission, and using that guise to drug and rape VIP pedophile network victims and steal their witness evidence.

Tips for identifying a ‘Sleeper’

Ask yourself: What is the so-called advocate or lawyer trying to achieve?  Are they trying to corral the information and keep it contained?  Or are they trying to expose the information and get it publicly and properly investigated.  In their claims of helping people in the past, has the so-called advocate helped the victims secretly with the result of the abuse case being settled out of court and withheld from public view?  Have they excluded from their advocacy efforts VIP pedophile network victims, or aspects of a case relating to VIP pedophilia?

A good indication that an advocate is genuine – is that their efforts bear fruits.  That is, their methods have successfully and widely publicised the VIP pedophile ring network and its offending members.

“The most extraordinary thing about today’s allegations of murders during satanic rituals involving a Melbourne priest is not that they’ve been made, but that the Catholic Church admitted in writing that it accepted they were substantially true.”

So opens an article about my experiences written by journalist, Gary Hughes, which appeared on the News Corp website on the 26th of May 2006. (link provided below) The story was also covered in most of the Murdoch capital city daily newspapers. But it disappeared from sight the next day. There was no follow up in the media apart from an article written by myself and published on the News Corp site three days later on 29th of May (also linked below).

Now, nearly ten years later, we have a Royal Commission into sexual abuse and I and others I know have presented testimony to the Commission about Satanic Ritual Abuse (SRA) perpetrated by the Catholic Church and other organisations. Yet the Royal Commission is silent regarding SRA. They have not followed up with any of the SRA victims that I am aware of. What the public has been treated to is publicity of a series of individual cases of abuse perpetrated by individual paedophiles. Many of the cases have been public knowledge for years and those that haven’t seen the light of day before this, though tragic for those involved and valuable for them and the public, have not contributed to the society’s understanding of the overall culture of systemic abuse by those in power. In some ways, these cases have been used to distract attention away from the real problem: horrific, organised and systemic abuse perpetrated at the highest levels of society.

The police, too, have come up empty-handed after being given much testimony of Satanic and paedophilic rings. Names have been given but so far not one organised ring has been exposed. This is beyond incompetence. If we have in this country total electronic surveillance and recording of every email, phone call and text to supposedly protect us from terrorists, why isn’t this information used to apprehend organised satanic paedophile rings? Something else is going on here.

I have structured this article into three main parts together with a conclusion –

1. A Case of Ritual Abuse. I will elaborate a little more on my childhood experiences to give readers some insight into the level of depravity and evil that lives amongst us. It is important to understand the mindset of people who can do such things because these same sorts of people wield a lot of power in our society and shape our lives daily without our knowing.

2. The Meaning for Society – I will explain the nature of the system that abuses our children, covers up its tracks and allows it all to continue. It is a three part system that jointly controls a fourth part – our governments. This system is thousands of years old and we will be going back in history briefly. The System may not have been continuous over those many years but the thinking behind it certainly has been.

3. How this Relates to the Royal Commission – With the historical and systemic background, we can look with understanding upon the lack of meaningful results from the Royal Commission and various police squads charged with investigating these crimes. This knowledge will better inform us as to what we can expect from our authorities and what not to expect. Hopefully it will better arm us for this contest to safeguard our children’s future.

4. Some Conclusions and Suggestions

A Case of Ritual Abuse

The following is presented in a linear, sequential manner which implies a strict chronological order. For the most part, it is chronological but there are a few assumptions by me regarding the order of events. It is never-the-less presented in this order to better convey the meaning of it all for the reader. The events occurred over the period from early 1961, at least, to the end of 1964 – a three year period. The descriptions are deliberately brief with just enough detail to convey the depth of evil to those who might spend some time contemplating the actions and thinking of these priests.

While reading this, bear in mind that the Catholic Church has accepted this as true.

It was 1961 and I had just turned 11 years old and was attending school at the Christian Brothers’ College in East St. Kilda, Melbourne. I was told to leave the classroom one day and go to the brother’s quarters to see Fr. Thomas O’Keefe for the purposes of sex education. O’Keefe was the school chaplain and was also the assistant parish priest at Sandringham where I was an altar boy.

It was a large dim room. There were tall windows at the end and I could see trees outside bathed in bright summer light. O’Keefe sat next to me and began to fondle me. I focussed on the trees through the window and lost awareness of everything else. I had dissociated. It was something I had learned to do to cope with the violent nature of my home life. This fact was not lost on O’Keefe.

Thereafter, he would regularly sexually abuse me and soon introduced me into the Satanic cult he was part of. The particular coven that O’Keefe belonged to was led by another priest, Kevin O’Donnell, best known for his extensive paedophilia. Looking back, it is clear that I was to be trained to take up a leadership role in that cult. Satanic cults within the Catholic Church involving priests are, by their nature, not generational. Each generation had to be recruited. Though, in some cases, there is some extended family involved, as is the case with another of my abusers.

At 11 years old, I was beyond the usual age to start the indoctrination and programming but I could already dissociate and I was very intelligent and rather outgoing and so was, no doubt, an attractive proposition to them. Dissociation is important to create alter personalities that can be trained to do certain tasks and to contain the memories and programming separate from the rest of the personality. This is easier done the younger the victim is. I could already do that so I was ready to begin the training. (There is a link to an online book on dissociation in the notes at the foot of this article).

First, I was humiliated and degraded much like happens in army boot-camp only far more obscene. Then I was terrorised using dogs and guns. I was raped on occasions using loaded guns and I was also shot at close range with blank ammunition. On the one hand I was told I was below worthless and could do nothing without the cult and on the other hand I was told I was so powerful bullets couldn’t hurt me. The disorientation and terror was used to break down my understanding of the world and my place in it. This was to leave me mentally adrift ready for the next stage.

Next came the electro-shock treatment. I was strapped in a heavy chair and given two batons to hold through which the shocks were administered. A bright, dazzling light was placed in front of me. I was subjected to a high pitched noise in my right ear and O’Donnell would yell nonsensical things in my left ear; things like, “God is evil, Satan is good” and “Good is evil and evil is good”.

Interspersed with these insane back-to-front statements were electro-shocks. I was told that I could not feel them and if I called out, I was further punished. (Some years ago I read descriptions of electro shock treatment employed by the CIA in their MK-Ultra program that was exactly the same as I experienced. There was obviously some connection with the Roman Catholic Church and the CIA).

It was all designed to overcome my trust in my own senses and to accept what these priests said as reality. Controlling what people think of as reality is real power. Hence, the emphasis on propaganda in our society: from the pulpit, to the classroom, to the television to the podium. When seen together, it is everywhere.

The most direct demonstration of power over others is the stealing of their lives. There were four murders carried out by Kevin O’Donnell that I witnessed and that I was involved in various ways. Readers who think they may be triggered by the descriptions may be advised to skip down nine paragraphs and resume reading at the paragraph starting with “I will leave the description there”.

It is clear to me that I was being trained to fulfil a similar position to O’Donnell who did the killing. The first was a young man who was clearly drugged though he was still distressed so presumably was aware of his fate. He was beheaded with an axe. After decapitating the man, O’Donnell rushed in front of the man’s severed neck to catch the stream of gushing blood with his mouth. He then came over to me and, dragging me by the hair, pushed my face into the severed neck. I can still feel the hard bony vertebra contrasting with the squishy flesh of the neck against my cheek. I was being ‘blooded’.

The man’s head was put on a tray and was passed around the group for them to “Kiss John goodbye”. I took it as a mocking salute to the beheading of John the Baptist.

On another occasion, a teenage girl whom I knew, was drugged sufficiently well to show no awareness of her position or fate. She was naked and lying face up on an altar. O’Donnell had his hand over mine and in my hand was a knife. The knife was pressed against the young girl’s throat and O’Donnell pressed down on my hand and quickly drew it backwards to slash her throat, killing her in the process. Her breasts were cut off and O’Donnell and O’Keefe proceeded to eat one each. Their faces were pictures of delight.

An infant girl was also killed and I was blamed for her death. I was told by O’Donnell to choose between a young boy, maybe 6 to 8 years old, and the infant girl as to who would die. If I didn’t choose, both would be killed. I had already seen O’Donnell kill and had no doubt he would kill both if I did not choose. The boy was looking at me with terror in his eyes and so I chose the infant. Instantly, it seemed, O’Donnell cut the baby’s throat. He placed his fingers into the wound and then pushed his blood soaked fingers into my mouth saying, “You killed her”.

The baby’s body was then cut up as you would joint a chicken. A leg was pushed into my face and I was told to eat it. I refused. The world was spinning around. O’Donnell, wild with rage, brandished his knife in my face and threatened to kill me if I didn’t eat but I was happy to die. I didn’t move or say anything. I had let go of any desire to live.

Then, O’Keefe intervened and somehow persuaded O’Donnell to not kill me. I presume it was because others knew I was with O’Keefe and my disappearance would lead directly to him. I have often thought that my ambivalence towards living goes back to that experience and that decision of mine. I was later told that the infant girl was mine and her mother was a woman in the cult named Marama. I believed both assertions at the time but have doubts about them both now.

The last murder had the most profound effect upon me. I’m sure it was designed to teach me that love kills; that love leads to death. This was Marama. She was a beautiful woman and probably in her early thirties. Her job had been to show kindness towards me and then betray me and this happened repeatedly. ‘Love is not to be trusted’ was the lesson.

As planned, I fell in love with her. It was not surprising because, in all my fourteen years, it seemed to me that no one had touched me except to hurt me. Violence had followed me through my life from my family to my school to the cult. What was unplanned by the cult was that Marama developed a love for me. Once O’Donnell knew this, Marama was of no further use to the cult and was a threat to their plans for me.

Marama was naked, spread-eagled and chained down on an altar. O’Donnell was in my face yelling at me, “Do you love her?” I was silent. He repeated it many times. Of course, I did love her but I did not know which way would be best to answer as I was fearful for Marama. Finally, I said, “Yes”. O’Donnell then said, “Then, she has to die” and brought down a hatchet onto Marama’s chest.

I will leave the description there. Some veterans of ritual abuse will know what followed. For others, what happened is beyond most peoples imaginations and it would be a burden, to say the least, having those images in your mind. Suffice it to say that I was left in no doubt that my love for Marama was the cause of her death; that Love kills. The reality is the opposite but I was not in a position to know that then.

What I did know was that the reality of Marama’s love and my love for her made it impossible for me to accept anything the cult was trying to teach me. I escaped the cult and, by hypervigilance and the grace of God, managed to stay out of their clutches thereafter.

The Meaning for Society

This gives us an entry point into the madness of satanic or evil thinking. When I look back over the three years I was being abused and indoctrinated by the cult, one thing stands out for me. They tried at every opportunity to kill any attachment to love. It was and is essential to kill love to spread evil. Love is the enemy to them because Love is the truth and Love gives life.

Evil reverses the truth and tell lies at every opportunity. Being the reverse of truth means that there can be no sound logic to it, either. Logic, properly employed, is highly effective at establishing truth and uncovering lies and deceit. So the ability to think logically must be inhibited if not killed also.

Thinking logically starts by observing reality and asking questions of yourself and others. It is no accident that formal logic is rarely taught in schools these days. Children who ask the obvious (to them) questions are humoured for a while and if they persist with their questions they are ridiculed and finally humiliated. They provide an abject lesson for the rest of the students; keep your head down, your mouth shut and do what you are told. This is necessary for any ‘authority’ to impose its will on others. Authority needs your acceptance to be effective, to have power.

At base, all power relies on breaking our allegiances to each other and attaching them to those that would rule us. What links us together is compassion and empathy so this must be inhibited through ‘divide and conquer’ tactics. For this to be effective, logic and reason must be inhibited also. This is because to convince us to act collectively against our own best interests, ‘the powers that be’ have to lie to us. Lies are only effective while they are not seen for what they are. Reason exposes lies because they are not consistent; there are always contradictions underneath them and logic explores contradictions.

To gain power over us, our ‘authorities’ need to emulate to varying degrees what the cult did; kill or at least inhibit love and reason. The Catholic Church has a long history of doing just that. So the satanic cult within the Catholic Church is not an aberration within the church but the essence at the centre of it.

Likewise, satanic cults are the distillation and concentration of the exploitative power thinking that is the foundation of all institutions and hierarchies in our current day society including governments and bodies that they appoint such as Royal Commissions. Child sexual abuse is but a symptom of this societal exploitation by those who would rule us. Who are these people? How are they organised and how do they rule?

The History of “The System”

To illustrate, it is often easier to see the truth by looking at history because we are not so emotionally attached to it. Those who have more than a passing knowledge of the Gospels will know that ordinary Jews of the day were managed very tightly by three groups. These groups were the only people Jesus poured out his scorn upon. They were the Pharisees, the priests of the day: the scribes, the lawyers of the day; and the moneychangers who were the equivalent of our bankers today.

These three groups worked together to micro-manage and mercilessly exploit their fellow Jews. They had to pay tribute (taxes) to the Romans and in return were left to control and exploit their own population as they saw fit. These people in charge were psychopaths. You cannot run a system like this unless you have no concept of justice or compassion.

When the Emperor Constantine formed the Roman Catholic Church (RCC) in 326AD with himself as its head (Pontiff Maximus), he incorporated the cult of Mithraism into it. It was a secret society that counted amongst its members high military figures, bureaucrats and business leaders. According to some historians, they indulged in animal blood sacrifices much like the Pharisees did. They also suddenly disappeared from historical records once the RCC came into being. They went underground, literally.

Many churches in Rome and throughout the old Roman Empire have crypts underneath them replete with Mithraic symbols. A common explanation is that the church built their temples on top of the Mythraic crypts as an expression of dominance and usurpation. But if you are going to do that, you demolish the existing structures to use the masonry to build your own temple. You do not preserve the previous structures underneath them, as the church builders did, unless you want to hide and incorporate them. There was now a “church within the church”.

Constantine reintroduced a pharisaic-like priestcraft when he formed the Roman Catholic Church. They came over from the Mythraic cult. The title “Father” came from there, as well, along with all the “bells and smells”. Any organisation that makes a big deal out of dressing-up and using pomp and ceremony is trying to convince the punters that they have some special authority over them; an authority that does not exist in actuality.

The emphasis is on the outward form because there is no inner substance. If you have ever wondered why the legal profession also ‘plays dress-ups’ with their wigs and frocks, that’s the reason. There is no substance under the form. An understanding of Natural Law, the discernment of the laws that govern the nature of the world and mankind will make this non-existence of one man’s authority over another very plain.

As adults, we all have free will. This simple but profound fact says that we are in charge of our decisions. If we are in charge of decisions, we are in charge of ourselves and then it follows that no one else is in charge of us and our decisions. It also follows that we are not in charge of others’ decisions or their lives. That is the way God designed us or the way Nature has evolved us; take your pick. We as a species have spent 99% of our time on earth in co-operative, non-coercive, non-hierarchical, self-organising tribal societies.

If God designed us, as the Catholic Church maintains, then it makes no sense at all for them to say that God has given the Church leaders authority over us; that they know what’s best for us. In effect, the Church is saying is that God made us as we are with two legs, two arms and free will but doesn’t want us to use our free will and wants the people in funny hats to use their free will for us. That is a contradiction and there are no contradictions in nature. So one of the propositions, at least, must be wrong. The obviously wrong proposition is that God gave men in pointy hats authority over us. What is it with all these funny hats, anyway? Hats on, hats off!

If we take the tack that our natures (which includes free will) have evolved over perhaps a million years, then it follows that we are perfectly honed through evolution to survive and thrive. In other words, we need individual free will to survive as an individual and as a species. If that free will and our self authority is inhibited or taken away from us, it follows that our survival will be compromised. And, indeed, it has been. All the abuse in our society results from people taking authority over others that those people do not have.

They are going against Natural Law and, in particular, the design of the human mind. Gravity is part of Natural Law, too. It is part of the design of this world. If you were to jump off the roof of your house, you are exercising your free will. But you have no free will as to whether you float off in the air or fall straight to the ground at an accelerating rate. We don’t have power over the consequences of our choices once they have been made.

Natural Law can be said to be the Law of Consequences. And there are inevitable consequences to child abuse. The design of our consciousness, our psychology, has been transgressed and Natural Law says there will be harmful effects. The harmful consequences are there to tell everyone paying attention not to do it again – this is the wrong road.

But people in power want to keeping doing it again and much else that is harmful. So to guard against the knowledge and spread of Natural Law and to shore up its own power, the Church developed Canon Law as a substitute law. Instead of learning God’s law that is very evident in the design of the world around us including our own psychology, we are now told to learn it from a book written by men. Man’s Law in place of God’s Law. What could possibly go wrong?

Canon Law spawned Maritime Law (sometimes called Law of the Sea or Mercantile Law) which, in turn spawned modern Commercial Law and our whole legal system. The other branch of our law, the Criminal Code, which is supposed to be based on Common Law which, in turn, is supposed to be based on Natural Law (but isn’t) is no better because Criminal Law is based on the concept of punishment (Canon Law again) and not on Restitution which is demanded by Natural Law.

Restitution undoes some of the initial harm and puts a stop to the ongoing harm to the individual and society. Punishment is just more violence and does not improve the situation for the victim. It just creates more violence and violence begets more violence making the situation for society worse. This suits some people. Of course, these legal codes spawned a rash of lawyers, our modern day Scribes.

So we have a legal system that proposes to combat violence with more violence and just makes matters worse. Has all the money spent on lawyers and the legal system seriously inhibited crime? No, it clearly doesn’t work as advertised. Again, we have Man’s Law (punishment and violence) substituted for God’s Law or Nature’s Law (restitution). And what hasn’t gone wrong? We are still in the same bind, the same system and thinking that afflicted the Jews of Biblical times.

Banking (our latter day Money-changers) depends on the legal system to function as does government which is owned by various interest groups. Chief amongst the interest groups are the same three aforementioned pillars of the system of biblical times – the priests, the lawyers and the bankers. All three branches insist on having institutional authority over the population. This is the fundamental false concept that all subsequent abuse and exploitation is built on.

The priests condition children’s minds to accept institutional authority over them and threaten eternal damnation as punishment for a myriad of victimless crimes. Likewise, the lawyers condition adults to further accept authority over them and to accept punishment for even more victimless crimes. If there is no identifiable victim, there cannot be a crime. The bankers condition people to accept debt and financial obligation; financial slavery, in other words.

Not one in a thousand people understand the true nature of money and banking. There is not space here to elaborate but suffice it to say, it is a scam on the same level as the Church and the Legal Society perpetrate on the public. Under the corporate/banking order come the media and entertainment industries ro keep us amused and pliable. The system is based on lies and perpetuated by lies. We are living in a kind of Disneyland where everything looks real but is, in fact, fake.

But how to keep this system of lies and exploitation functioning generation after generation? Through the use secret societies in the same manner that the Roman Emperors used the cult of Mithraism. Secret societies are conspiracies against the public. Members in power (often psychopaths) sponsor other members into positions of power and privilege whom, in turn, are beholden to their sponsors and thus controllable.

To ensure no escape from this privileged bondage, illegal and immoral activities are encouraged which further compromise the individual and ensure compliance against the threat of exposure and public approbation. The most effective inducements are paedophilia and finally ritual killings. This is the point of no return. Thus the most powerful and the most evil people in our society are inevitably the same people and they have complete control over our society when and where it counts.

So it is little wonder that we have accusations of paedophile rings involved in ritual killings perpetrated by church, legal, business, media/entertainment and political figures. Given the hierarchical nature of our society, the genesis of the church and legal institutions and the resulting promotion of psychopaths within these power structures, it could not be otherwise. In fact, the challenge should be, “How could it not be this way?”

“Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely” – Lord Acton.

This saying and its wisdom are well known. No one contests its truth yet we build and obey our institutions as if it was not true. Now that is conditioning!

The System in Action?

Perhaps an illustration of the interlocking of these three pillars is in order. In 1996 the Catholic Church instituted the so-called “Melbourne Response” as damage control in the face of a growing number of public accusations of sexual abuse by priests. One arm of it was called the Compensation Panel headed by a QC. He was followed in that position by three more QC’s. Now you may be wondering why QC’s, whom no one could accuse of being short of a dollar or two, would want to moonlight on the Church’s tacky ‘damage control’ panel.

The fourth QC is still in the position but the three previous incumbents all had to resign their positions to take up judgeships. Once can happens, two is a coincidence, three is a pattern. The QC’s from the legal system joined the Compensation Panel by being appointed by the religious system. They all leave this tacky show by being appointed to the Bench by the government system, specifically, by the Attorneys General (more lawyers). That’s quite a step upwards. Could it be that there is a direct connection between the religious system and the government system to close this linear progression into a recurring loop?

How This Relates Back to the Royal Commission

The Child Abuse Royal Commission

Let us now look at the current Royal Commission Into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse against the view of societal power that has just been elaborated on. The Royal Commission is, of course, an extension of the legal system; one of the three pillars of the system of control and exploitation.

Many people uttered a sigh of relief when Julia Gillard announced the Royal Commission into sexual abuse. If Julia Gillard and Nicola Roxon had not opted to establish this Royal Commission when they did, it would have had to have been formed before too long, in any case. It was becoming increasingly obvious to a growing number of people that the sexual abuse perpetrated by the Catholic Church, in particular, was being covered up and facilitated by decades of police, legal and government protection.

The three pillared system of exploitation was coming to be seen for what it was. Something had to be done because this elaborate system of abuse, power and privilege can only function so long as the general public has no clue as to what is really going on. Once authorities and our governing institutions are seen for what they are, belief in authority, upon which all their exploitation is dependent, evapourates and along with it all the power the predatory authority figures hold. That is a day of reckoning that is truly fearsome for them. These people are psychopaths and there are no bigger cowards than them. They know better than anyone that their power is ultimately just a product of perception.

So, if there is going to be a Royal Commission, then it is imperative for the perps to control it and the public perception and to keep hidden the organised paedophilia and the ritual killings that are the glue that holds their predatory system together. Joh Bjelke Petersen, the former Premier of Queensland, once famously said, “You do not hold a Royal Commission unless you already know what the answer will be”. Old Joh was in a position to know what he was talking about.

To date, the public has not heard a peep from the Commission about organised paedophilia nor about Satanic Ritual Abuse even though many people, including myself and others I know of personally, have given evidence of these practices to the Royal Commissioners. This information has been given to the police as well. The answer from the police and the Commission has been a deafening silence. Given the above information, their silence makes perfect sense.

Some Conclusions and Suggestions

This has been a longish article and we have covered a lot of ground. Thank you for reading this far. I have tried to give you a glimpse into the truth of Ritual Abuse through my experiences and give you some insight into the nature and character of the people who perpetrate it. But it is equally and perhaps more important to understand the people who protect this system of extreme abuse with their system of institutions. They are most often perps, too, and neither they nor their institutions are what they appear to be. In fact, quite the opposite. But then, that is what evil does, reverse truth and all that is good. It is this psychopathic, evil thinking that is our real enemy. This is what drives the system that I have outlined which spawns and drives the individuals that we come up against and are occasionally seen in the news. The individuals are just the tip of this cold, heartless iceberg.

We need to bear in mind all the time that power corrupts. To varying degrees it brings about delusion. The deluded start thinking they are superior and are thus entitled to rule over others. It never ends well. We should start with a distrust of all authority figures (especially where children are involved) until they prove themselves individually to be trustworthy. We still have to bear in mind, though, that this trustworthy and sensible functionary will be operating within a dysfunctional organisation.

A call to action starting with ourselves

We are designed to live in voluntary, co-operative and self organising societies. If we are going to change our current predatory and coercive society for the good and for the next generation, we have to withdraw our support for the current power institutions wherever possible and go around them to reach the public directly and then encourage them to do the same.

Religious, legal, corporate and government institutions like to treat us as children and have educated us to be dependent on them as children are. A shift in thinking is required if we are to take back our societies from the psychopaths and their system. It is hard to change your thinking with the television going and spouting nonsense programming that reinforces the dependency. Removing it will give you the mental space you need. A knowledge of psychopathy would be very helpful.

As a society, we have been ‘dumbed down’ in regard to our intellectual and emotional powers. If you do not have a working knowledge of formal and informal logic, I can thoroughly recommend you study it. It’s straight forward, even logical! Learn the difference between deductive and inductive logic. If you can gain a working knowledge of deductive logic, you’ll have the drop on any one who would try to con you. You’ll spot the lies coming a mile off. If you can gain a working knowledge of inductive logic, you’ll be able to teach yourself anything that interests you.

If you develop your logical powers only, though, you are likely to become an exploiter yourself. So it is critical to develop your empathy and capacity for compassion as well. Compassion for others is how we survived a million years through watching each others backs. We need this more than ever today. Start by really listening to people. Having empathy for others enriches your life because you are in tune with Nature’s design for us. You become more attuned to kind people and more sensitive to people who are exploitative. You make better choices.

Be truthful with yourself. We live in this Disney World of lies and are exploited daily by it. To combat this make-believe world, we need to tell the truth starting with what we tell ourselves. Be rigorous with it. When we become acutely aware of the half-truths, ambiguities and prevarications we tell ourselves, we hear them instantly when others utter them. This becomes another level of self defence.

A final word of warning

Self organised groups will become targets for infiltration especially if they are orgainsed to combat paedophilia. The question should not be, “will an infiltrator turn up to ‘help’?” – they will. The question then is, “which ones are they”. Be especially watchful for lawyers, ex-police and media reporters/producers who turn up out of the blue.

Apropos to this, I would like to emphasise what Fiona Barnett recently advised –

“The Bible says: ‘Ye shall know them by their fruits.’  This means that a person’s underlying intention is not necessarily indicated by the words that initially come from their mouths – but by the ultimate impact of their actions over time.”

And finally, to repeat myself, watch out for people who insist on titles and like to dress up in long frocks, gowns, pointy red shoes, wigs and funny hats. You are looking at delusion, right there!

It is only your conditioning that is stopping you from seeing the ridiculousness of it. The Truth is in front of our physical eyes, as always. We just need our mind’s eye to see it for what it is.

On the evening of Friday the 19th of February, the Herald-Sun of Melbourne broke the story that Victoria Police was investigating Cardinal George Pell for alleged sexual offences against a number of boys over many years.

Many people on social media were pleased and felt vindicated that this story had been broken in the press. But some felt that there was more to this picture than met the eye having experienced, in the past, devious behaviour from some members of the police, the church and the media. Indeed, I have just written an article presenting the argument that these and other institutions conspire to deceive and exploit the larger society on an ongoing basis.

‘Violent pedophile’ Justice Scalia

According to a first hand witness, USA Chief Justice Scalia was a Luciferian and a violent child rapist.  David Shurter ranks Scalia as “one of the top three worst” pedophiles who abused him throughout his youth.  So when news broke of Scalia’s strange death, the monster’s former victims got talking.  News spread fast among this group that Scalia had in fact been murdered by a 13-year-old boy at a Texan ranch.  The child apparently took a dislike to Scalia’s approach to rape, was triggered – and slit his perpetrator’s throat.

Somewhere to cool off and clean up after molesting kids…

This version of events might explain why Scalia’s family refused an autopsy, and why a Texan judge ruled Scalia’s death ‘natural causes’ without even viewing the body.

This scenario gains credibility when one considers the history of the property where Scalia died.  A recent article in Veterans Day online magazine referred to this property as “Rent Boy Ranch, playground for Mick Jagger and Charlie Sheen” – and was promptly blocked in the USA.  Here’s a screen shot of that article:

So, what is it about this ranch?

Rancho El Pedo

CIBOLO CREEK (‘RENT BOY’) RANCH IS A 30,000-acre VIP resort located in west Texas, 100 miles from the Mexican border, in the Chinati Mountains.  Guests arrive by private jet at the Ranch’s own private airport.  Rooms cost $500+ per night.  Guests of the ranch typically include Hollywood figures, politicians and businessmen. Previous guests include: Mick Jagger, Bruce Willis, Tommy Lee Jones, Randy Quaid, Dick Cheney, Charlie Sheen.

The Cibolo Creek ‘Rent Boy’ Ranch is also frequented by an international 17th-century hunting society called the ORDER OF SAINT HUBERTUS. This all-male Order was founded in 1695 by Austrian Count Anton von Spork in the Kingdom of BOHEMIA.

The owner of Cibolo Creek ‘Rent Boy’ Ranch is John Poindexter.  He obtained the property in 1988. A 3rd-generation Texan, Poindexter runs a Houston-based manufacturing company, J.B. Poindexter & Co. Poindexter is a leader in the ORDER of SAINT HUBERTUS.

In 2010, 53 members of the Order of Saint Hubertus gathered at Cibolo Creek (Rent Boy) Ranch to hunt.  Guests included minor royalty.

The USA branch of the Order of Saint Hubertus (aka the ‘American Knights’) held its first ever meeting at the BOHEMIAN Club in San Francisco:

The Bohemian Club owns BOHEMIAN GROVE, a 2700 acre property located north of San Francisco.  Bohemian Grove is the location of elite pedophile parties attended by international male politicians and businessmen.  Both places feature images of the pagan god Molech which is depicted as an owl.

USA Ritual Abuse victim David Shurter and I were trafficked to Bohemian Grove as children.  There I was dressed as a teddy bear and made to participate in a pedophile hunt amidst the redwood forest, and was drugged and raped by Reverend Billy Graham in a pink bubble themed cabin.  I was referred to Bohemian Grove by another of my perpetrators, President Richard Nixon.

Hunting, raping and killing children for sport is a common feature of elite pedophile gatherings.  Alleged attendees at European pedophile hunts include King Albert of Belgium, Dutch Crown Prince Alfrink Bernhard, Prince Johan Friso of Holland and his wife Mabel Wisse Smit.

The 2010 ORDER OF SAINT HUBERTUS hunt that took place Cibolo Creek ‘Rent Boy’ Ranch included members of the Houston chapter and a number from Mexico.  It was the second time Poindexter welcomed the Houston and Mexicocontingent to his ranch.

When Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia died 11 days ago at a West Texas ranch, he was among high-ranking members of an exclusive fraternity for hunters called the International Order of St. Hubertus, an Austrian society that dates back to the 1600s.

After Scalia’s death Feb. 13, the names of the 35 other guests at the remote resort, along with details about Scalia’s connection to the hunters, have remained largely unknown. A review of public records shows that some of the men who were with Scalia at the ranch are connected through the International Order of St. Hubertus, whose members gathered at least once before at the same ranch for a celebratory weekend.

Members of the worldwide, male-only society wear dark-green robesemblazoned with a large cross and the motto “Deum Diligite Animalia Diligentes,” which means “Honoring God by honoring His creatures,” according to the group’s website. Some hold titles, such as Grand Master, Prior and Knight Grand Officer. The Order’s name is in honor of Hubert, the patron saint of hunters and fishermen.

Cibolo Creek Ranch owner John Poindexter and C. Allen Foster, a prominent Washington lawyer who traveled to the ranch with Scalia by private plane, hold leadership positions within the Order. It is unclear what, if any, official association Scalia had with the group.

“There is nothing I can add to your observation that among my many guests at Cibolo Creek Ranch over the years some members of the International Order of St. Hubertus have been numbered,” Poindexter said in an email. “I am aware of no connection between that organization and Justice Scalia.”

An attorney for the Scalia family did not respond to requests for comment for this article.

Two other private planes that landed at the ranch for the weekend are linked to two men who have held leadership positions with the Texas chapter of the Order, according to a review of state business filings and flight records from the airport.

After Scalia’s death, Poindexter told reporters that he met Scalia at a “sports group” gathering in Washington. The U.S. chapter of the International Order of St. Hubertus lists a suite on M Street NW in the District as its headquarters, although the address is only a mailbox in a United Parcel Service store.

The International Order of St. Hubertus, according to its website, is a “true knightly order in the historical tradition.” In 1695, Count Franz Anton von Sporck founded the society in Bohemia, which is in modern-day Czech Republic.

The group’s Grand Master is “His Imperial Highness Istvan von Habsburg-Lothringen, Archduke of Austria,” according to the Order’s website. The next gathering for “Ordensbrothers” and guests is an “investiture” March 10 in Charleston, S.C.

The society’s U.S. chapter launched in 1966 at the famous Bohemian Club in San Francisco, which is associated with the all-male Bohemian Grove — one of the most well-known secret societies in the country.

Antonin Scalia, the influential and most provocative member of the Supreme Court, has died. He was 79.

In 2010, Poindexter hosted a group of 53 members of the Houston chapter of the International Order of St. Hubertus at the Cibolo Creek Ranch, according to a Houston society publication. A number of members from Mexico were also part of the ranch festivities that included “three days of organized shoots and ‘gala’ lunches and dinners.”

Poindexter told CultureMap Houston that some of the guests dressed in “traditional European shooting attire for the boxed bird shoot competition” and for the shooting of pheasants and chukar, a type of partridge.

For the hunting weekend earlier this month, Poindexter told The Washington Post that Scalia traveled to Houston with his friend and U.S. marshals, who provide security for Supreme Court justices. The Post obtained a Presidio County Sheriff’s Office report that named Foster as Scalia’s close friend on the trip.

Sheriff Danny Dominguez confirmed that a photograph of Washington lawyer C. Allen Foster is the same man he interviewed at the ranch the day of Scalia’s death.

From Houston, Scalia and Foster chartered a plane without the marshals to the Cibolo Creek Ranch airstrip. In a statement after Scalia died, the U.S. Marshals Service said that Scalia had declined a security detail while at the ranch.

The friend, Louisiana-born Foster, is a lawyer with the Washington firm Whiteford, Taylor & Preston. He is also known for his passion for hunting and is a former spokesman for the hunting group Safari Club.

In 2006, Foster was featured in The Post when he celebrated his 65th birthday with a six-day celebration in the Czech Republic. He flew his family and 40 Washington friends there to stay in Moravia’s Zidlochovice, a baroque castle and hunting park. The birthday bash included “tours of the Czech countryside, wine tasting, wild boar and mouflon (wild sheep) hunts, classic dance instruction and a masked costume ball.”

A secretary at Foster’s law firm said he is traveling in Argentina. The firm’s director of marketing, Mindee L. Mosher, said Foster was traveling and she would try to contact him. A woman answering a phone associated with Foster hung up when asked for comment.

Planes owned by Wallace “Happy” Rogers III and the company of A.J. Lewis III left from San Antonio and arrived at the ranch just after noon Feb. 12. The planes departed the ranch about 30 minutes apart Feb. 14, according to flight records provided to The Post by FlightAware.

Rogers owns the Buckhorn Saloon and Museum in San Antonio. He has donated $65,000 to Republican candidates since 2008. Lewis is the owner of a restaurant supplier company, also based in San Antonio. He has given $3,500 to GOP candidates since 2007.

Rogers and Lewis have both served as prior officers in the Texas chapter of the International Order of St. Hubertus, according to Texas business records. Rogers spoke to a Post reporter briefly on the phone and confirmed that he was at the ranch the weekend of Scalia’s death. He declined to comment further.

Lewis did not respond to several attempts for comment.

The Presidio County Sheriff’s Office released an incident report to The Post on Tuesday that revealed Foster’s name as Scalia’s traveling companion and provided details about the discovery of his body.

Poindexter and Foster told the sheriff that Scalia had traveled to Texas the day before to go hunting. Poindexter told the sheriff that they “had supper and talked for a while” that evening.

Scalia “said that he was tired and was going to his room for the night,” the sheriff wrote in his report.

When Scalia didn’t show up for breakfast that morning, Poindexter knocked on his door and eventually went in and found the Justice dead in his bed, Poindexter said.

Law enforcement officials told The Post that they had no knowledge of the International Order of St. Hubertus or its connection to Poindexter and ranch guests. The officials said the FBI had declined to investigate Scalia’s death when they were told by the marshals that he died from natural causes.

The following article contains a reproduction of George Pell’s Statement which was published by the Herald-Sun and accompanied their article about the police investigation into his behaviour in Ballarat in the 1970’s and at the Cathedral in Melbourne during his years as Archbishop there (1996-2001).

I will reproduce the statement in full first so you can reread it as it was written and re-familiarise yourself with it and without comment from me. Let the mellifluous words flow over you.

Then I’ll reprint the statement with its wording italicised and my interspersed comments in normal print.

Though the statement was probably not written personally by George Pell, he would have had to have agreed with every word and the sentiments and implications behind each word before it was released. George Pell is a seasoned bureaucrat in the oldest bureaucracy in the world. He chooses (and approves) his words carefully. So it is reasonable to hold Pell responsible for every word as if he wrote it.

STATEMENT FROM THE OFFICE OF CARDINAL GEORGE PELL

Cardinal Pell is due to give evidence to the Royal Commission in just over one week.

The timing of these leaks is clearly designed to do maximum damage to the Cardinal and the Catholic Church and undermines the work of the Royal Commission.

The allegations are without foundation and utterly false.

It is outrageous that these allegations have been brought to the Cardinal’s attention through a media leak. These undetailed allegations have not been raised with the Cardinal by the police and the false claims investigated by Justice Southwell have been ignored by the police for over 15 years, despite the very transparent way they were dealt with by the Cardinal and the Catholic Church.

The Cardinal has called for a public inquiry into the leaking of these spurious claims by elements in the Victorian Police in a manner clearly designed to embarrass the Cardinal, in a case study where the historical failures of the Victorian Police have been the subject of substantial evidence. These types of unfair attacks diminish the work of those good officers of the police who are diligently working to bring justice to victims.

The Phillip Island allegations have been on the public record for nearly 15 years. The Southwell Report which exonerated Cardinal Pell has been in the public domain since 2002.

The Victorian police have taken no steps in all of that time to pursue the false allegations made, however the Cardinal certainly has no objection to them reviewing the materials that led Justice Southwell to exonerate him. The Cardinal is certain that the police will quickly reach the conclusion that the allegations are false.

The Victorian Police have never sought to interview him in relation to any allegations of child sexual abuse and apart from the false allegations investigated by Justice Southwell, the Cardinal knows of no claims or incidents which relate to him.

He strongly denies any wrongdoing. If the police wish to question him he will co-operate, as he has with each and every public inquiry.

In the meantime, the Cardinal understands that several media outlets have received confidential information leaked by someone within the Victorian Police. For elements of the police to publicly attack a witness in the same case study that has exposed serious police inaction and wrongdoing is outrageous and should be seen for what it is.

Given the serious nature of this conduct, the Cardinal has called for a public inquiry to be conducted in relation to the actions of those elements of the Victorian Police who are undermining the Royal Commission’s work. .

The Cardinal calls on the Premier and the Police Minister to immediately investigate the leaking of these baseless allegations.

Looking for my sheep.

Now, lets have a closer look at this statement to see what is really being said. But before we do, though, it might be helpful to briefly revisit the so-called “Southwell Inquiry” that is mentioned in Pell’s statement and identify what it was.

The Southwell Inquiry was initiated in 2001 and run by the Catholic Church (headed by George Pell) to inquire into the allegations against George Pell of sexual offences against a minor at a holiday camp at Phillip Island, Victoria, in 1961. The inquiry had no legal standing and had very tight terms of reference imposed on it by the church and presumably at Pell’s agreement, if not insistence.

This inquiry was not referred to in the breaking story and is not the subject of the current police investigation according to the police involved. In short, it has nothing to do with the current fracas yet it is continually being interjected into the narrative by the author(s) of the Statement From The Office of Cardinal Pell and certainly with the agreement of George Pell.

The subject of the media release and the police investigation that prompted it, was Pell’s time spent in Ballarat and in Melbourne. You will not find any referrence to either location in Pell’s statement. He obviously does not want to talk about those places . . . . and probably for very good reasons.

Now, onto the statement and its line by line analysis-

Yes he is, But will he?

The timing of these leaks is clearly designed to do maximum damage to the Cardinal and the Catholic Church and undermines the work of the Royal Commission.

As I wrote in the previous article (http://pedophilesdownunder.com/2016/02/21/cardinal-pell-whats-wrong-with-this-picture/), it is clear that Pell’s lawyers allowed the breaking of the story in the press to happen. They did not try to obtain a court injunction on the story. So it obviously suited Pell for the story to come out and to come out when it did. So it is not true to say it was timed to do maximum damage to Pell because Pell had the control of the timing to a large extent.

This is a gambit. In chess, it is common to sacrifice a minor piece to gain a positional and tactical advantage that will more than repay the initial loss. A gambit is a series of moves that start with a minor sacrifice but ends with a major gain. This is what is in play here.

That it undermines the work of the Royal Commission is doubtful at the moment. This can be seen as soon as you ask the obvious but unstated question, “How does it hurt the work of the Commission?” But when Pell pulls out of testifying altogether before the Commission (and more on that below) it will definitely undermine the work of the Royal Commission. But it will be Pell’s doing not whomever leaked the story. Remember that Pell could have stopped the story in its tracks by seeking an injunction when he was first approached for comment and that would have been days, at least, before the publication of the story.

The allegations are without foundation and utterly false.

Yes, of course they are, George. That is why up to a dozen police officers have been investigating you for a year.

It is outrageous that these allegations have been brought to the Cardinal’s attention through a media leak.

No, the story was brought to Pell’s attention long before it was published by the media because Pell’s office had time to compose this statement which was released with the media story. So he knew about it before it was published and probably by some days if not longer and during which time he could have sought an injunction. Sorry if this is getting a little ‘broken record-ish’ but this point is crucial to understand that we are not being told the truth; shocking though that might be to you, dear gentle reader!

These undetailed allegations have not been raised with the Cardinal by the police

Of course not. Does Pell expect to be kept abreast of developments in an investigation into himself?

and the false claims investigated by Justice Southwell have been ignored by the police for over 15 years, despite the very transparent way they were dealt with by the Cardinal and the Catholic Church.

Enter the non-relevant “Southwell Inquiry”. Justice Southwell did not determine that the claims were false and there was nothing transparent about the way the Church set up that inquiry into itself. The charges, and the inquiry they brought about, have nothing to do with the leaked media article nor the police investigation. Pell, himself, has introduced these matters and this constitutes a classic ‘red herring’ with which he is trying to beat over the heads of the police as a distraction from the central point of the investigation – his behaviour in Ballarat and in Melbourne. This is a clever piece of artful dodging.

The Cardinal has called for a public inquiry into the leaking of these spurious claims by elements in the Victorian Police in a manner clearly designed to embarrass the Cardinal, in a case study where the historical failures of the Victorian Police have been the subject of substantial evidence.

Has anyone ever seen George Pell embarrassed? Or displaying even a modicum of shame? . . . . Crickets?

“The spurious claims” are being made by survivors to the police. The police themselves are claiming nothing at this stage. The only one claiming anything in public is Herald-Sun journalist, Lucie Morris Marr who goes unmentioned in Pell’s statement. And where is the “substantial evidence,” George, to back up the claim of “historical failures” by the police. We know there have been failures by the police stretching back decades but these failures almost always benefit members of the clergy accused of wrong doing. Don’t they George? How does that work?

These types of unfair attacks diminish the work of those good officers of the police who are diligently working to bring justice to victims.

A few bad apples, eh? A favourite but tired canard of the Church’s.

The Phillip Island allegations have been on the public record for nearly 15 years. The Southwell Report which exonerated Cardinal Pell has been in the public domain since 2002.

Again, this is a red herring because it has no relevence to the leaked story. It was not mentioned in the original article. The periods noted in the Herald-Sun article, as the periods of time the police are interested in, are his time in Ballarat in the 70’s and his time as Archbishop of Melbourne in the 90’s. The Phillip Island incident was long before that in 1961 and the ‘inquiry’ into it was held in 2001-2. It is being introduced here by Pell again to distract people and to paint the (false) picture of Pell as victim.

In any case, the Southwell Report into the Phillip Island allegation did not exonerate Pell, at all. The facts are that the Church (run by Pell) set up it’s own Mickey Mouse inquiry and tried to give it official legal trappings by paying for a retired judge to preside over it, Justice Southwell. It had NO legal status, at all.

It was announced at the beginning under the Terms of Reference that the ‘inquiry’ would be run under Criminal Justice Rules. This meant that the subsequent finding was a foregone conclusion. Under Criminal Justice only two verdicts are possible – “guilty as charged” or “not guilty”. Not guilty means, and only means, that the charges were no established beyond reasonable doubt. There was no way the survivor was going to have conclusive proof against Pell after forty years. So the charges were not sufficiently proven, which is a whole different meaning to being “exonerated”.

In fact, it is impossible to be exonerated under criminal justice rules. Every lawyer should know this. The plaintiff’s own lawyer should have known this! I knew it at the time and I have no legal training. Yet Pell’s claim to have been exonerated has never been challenged in public, to my knowledge, in all these years. Why not, all you lawyers out there?

The Victorian police have taken no steps in all of that time to pursue the false allegations made,

As if the police are raising these allegations now after 15 years and are part of the ‘leaked’ story. But that is false on both counts. The police are not raising them now. Pell is! Pell is implying that the police are unjustifiably raising the Phillip Island allegations now and attacking the police for doing so now when they could have looked at them any time in the last 15 years.

In any case, again, it has not been established that the allegations made in 2001 were false. Pell has no legal basis for claiming that.

He is also contradicting himself here. He claims further up that the police are re-raising these old charges and now here he is attacking them for NOT looking into them. Confused yet? This is what happens when the truth becomes a “movable feast”! Welcome to the pretzel logic of church officials!

however the Cardinal certainly has no objection to them reviewing the materials that led Justice Southwell to exonerate him.

How gracious of him to have no objections to the police doing their job. But we have already established that he was not exonerated by Southwell or anybody else, for that matter. Do you get the feeling that someone is trying to batter a falsehood into your head?

The Cardinal is certain that the police will quickly reach the conclusion that the allegations are false.

Well, Justice Southwell did not find them false, as I have said, so how would the police come to a different conclusion from reviewing the same materials available to Southwell? It’s a puzzle to be sure. Can you explain that for us, George? And if you can do that, i’d like to ask you next about “Transubstantiation”.

The Victorian Police have never sought to interview him in relation to any allegations of child sexual abuse and apart from the false allegations investigated by Justice Southwell, the Cardinal knows of no claims or incidents which relate to him.

Really, George? Anyway, it is not for George to determine when the police will interview him nor keep him abreast of the latest allegations from survivors against him. Now that is arrogance! Again he keeps beating the false drum about that bogus inquiry and its bogus finding which he still manages to misrepresent. It’s like diving into a barrel of eels.

He strongly denies any wrongdoing. If the police wish to question him he will co-operate, as he has with each and every public inquiry.

Of course he denies it. In the immortal words of Mandy Rice-Davies, “Well, he would, wouldn’t he?”

So far he has co-operated with every public inquiry in terms of showing up but there is considerable doubt as to how much he has co-operated in terms of providing full and adequate answers. He has a faulty memory, don’t you know? But a guy that cannot remember things does not get to run the finances of the largest institution/corporation in the world. Does he?

This is a contradiction. Therefore, one of the propositions is wrong as there are no contradictions in reality. Either he does have a faulty memory and which would make him unfit to run the finances of the world’s biggest organisation (in which case he should Come Home to us as we miss him so) or he can, indeed, run probably the most complex and labrynthine financial enterprise in the world and his memory and mental acuity is just fine, thank you very much.

In the meantime, the Cardinal understands that several media outlets have received confidential information leaked by someone within the Victorian Police.

The other papers simply reprinted the wording of the Herald-Sun article and citing all their sources. So I guess you could say that, “several media outlets have received confidential information leaked by someone within the Victorian Police” is technically true because they read it in the Herald-Sun!

You only need to leak this sort of stuff once. The more you leak the story, the more risk of exposure you run, anyway. So multiple leaks didn’t happen, George. Once was enough. But I’m guessing that expression doesn’t mean much to you.

And we are also back to attacking the police for not acting on an investigation that Pell has said has no merit. Say again?

For elements of the police to publicly attack a witness in the same case study that has exposed serious police inaction and wrongdoing is outrageous and should be seen for what it is.

Did you catch that? He is now described as a witness rather than a suspect in an investigation which is the point of the whole shebang. Some rather deft footwork there. But back to the story.

Given the serious nature of this conduct, the Cardinal has called for a public inquiry to be conducted in relation to the actions of those elements of the Victorian Police who are undermining the Royal Commission’s work.

So, we are back where we started at the beginning of this article and the beginning of the Statement. I’d like to remind readers again that Pell’s lawyers had the opportunity to legally apply to have the story squashed by seeking a court injunction against its publication. But they chose not to. Therefore, they wanted it to be made public. But why did Pell want this story ‘leaked’ to the public? This is the gambit.

The leaking of the story and the orchestrated nature of the public figures arguing for and against Pell’s interests have had the effect of not only creating the whole controversy but also creating the perception that there are two sides to this story and both have merit. This gives Pell the patina of victimhood here when it is thoroughly unwarranted. This is the set up for what a friend of mine has suggested will follow and I agree.

Pell’s lawyers will move by the end of the week (perhaps just after the survivors board their plane to Rome) for Pell to be excused from offering any testimony to the Royal Commission because his legal rights have been compromised by the ‘leak’ and the resulting public controversy. He will also claim that due to the fact that he is under police investigation, any testimony from him may further compromise his future defence should he be charged with any crimes.

So he allows the knowledge of him being investigated for sexual offences to enter the public realm which is damaging to him (the minor sacrifice) but wins more by gaining the opportunity to duck out from testifying at all to the Royal Commission (the major gain).

Neat, huh?!

Of course, to have gotten this far and to pull off his withdrawal later this week, the church has needed help, witting and unwitting, from the press, the police, the govt and also from the Royal Commission itself. Who allowed Pell to video conference from Rome? Who didn’t say, “grab your files, candles and churchy paraphenalia (including cute pointy hat), George, and any altar servers you may need and medical staff, too, and hop on a boat. Enjoy the cruise and we’ll wait for you with excited anticipation”. Come Home, Cardinal Pell!

It is all theatre. An elaborate scripted game to get Pell out of testifying and to keep the punters in the dark. To keep the public from realising that all our institutions are run by people who work not for justice but to mutually exploit us, including our children. Various people will blame the police, the survivors, the press and Pell will get to play the victim and withdraw from testifying to protect his legal rights. And he has to because, you know, everyone else is trying to compromise his rights. Oh, the outrage of it all!

The Cardinal calls on the Premier and the Police Minister to immediately investigate the leaking of these baseless allegations.

Bullshit! This is not going to seriously happen because it will turn into yet another sham inquiry because whichever way we turn we always run into The System; be they called Ombudsmen, or Orwellian Offices of Integrity or Beyond The Pale Commissions. Ask any committed whistleblower who took on the System; it is always the same answer, in the end. They may achieve unpublished reports that are shelved and gather dust. Nothing else is achieved except incurring great expenses to health and finances. It’s a corrupt system and the system looks after their own, as we are seeing – at our collective expense.

To finish on a personal note, I enjoy pulling official statements apart. I’ve had quite a bit of practice at it over the years. But I must say that this Statement From the Office of Cardinal Pell contains more nonsense in its one page length than anything else I’ve ever come across, . . . ever. This is truly primo concentrated, Columbian Gold, “Alice in Wonderland” stuff. The person(s) who wrote this is an artist and deserves all the money they are no doubt paid, and then some. I’m mightily impressed.

On Friday evening the 19^th of February, The Herald-Sun published an article revealing that Victoria Police had been conducting an investigation in to allegations of sexual misconduct by Cardinal George Pell with minors.  The investigation had been ongoing for a year.  In the same article was a statement from the office of Cardinal George Pell provided by that office to be published simultaneously by the Herald-Sun.

The following Friday night, on the stroke of midnight, another Murdoch paper, The Weekend Australian, elaborated on some information mentioned in the Pell Statement. Coincidentally, I had written two articles between these two Fridays with information that linked the two articles from the Murdoch Press. My articles called into question information provided by both the Herald-Sun article and the statement from George Pell.

I was pleasantly surprised at first when the Weekend Australian article backed some of my assertions of the many inaccuracies in Pell’s statement. Of course, it was a complete coincidence but nice for me, just the same. Then I had one of those “What’s wrong with this picture?” moments. Why would a fellow Murdoch publication back up criticisms of another Murdoch publication’s article?

This wasn’t the only puzzling incident from the Murdoch publishing empire that week. It had been alleged that the source for Lucie Morris Marr’s (the reporter who published the original ‘leaked’ story) information had been “elements in the Victorian Police”. This was alleged in the statement from George Pell, by myself and others. So far, so good. Nothing unusual there. But then a fellow Herald-Sun reporter, Andrew Bolt, attacks Lucie in the same publication that they are both employed by for doing same. Where was the editor when this was going on; allowing one reporter to attack another reporter from the same paper?

Strange, but I’m not one to read ulterior motives into other people’s behaviour even if it is strange. I especially am not going to do it with journalists who enjoy such high standing within our community.

However, a Greek friend of mine, Con Spiros, is not so generous. He suggested that Andrew accused Lucie of using a police source to allow her to refute the accusation and that this would throw suspicion onto certain survivors of sexual abuse for the leaks by saying she got her information from ‘old fashioned door knocking’. He also questioned whether one or more editors would be party to this.

“You can’t say that, Con. You’ve got no evidence”

“Yeah, I know. But . . . I’m just saying.” he said

Though the odds of going on a random door-knocking expedition in a state of, what, 5 million people? and turning up 5 to 10 survivors alleging that George Pell abused them may be astronomical, I’ll grant you, but it is still a legitimate possibility.  I mean, winning the Lotto is a million to one chance, too, but someone wins it every week.  Right?

“It’s a coincidence,”  I told Con and my other conspiracy nutter friends. They laughed and called me a Coincidence Theorist. One of them even said that Benjamin Disraeli, a former British Prime Minister said that, “There are no coincidences in politics”.  I replied, “Well, what would he know? Besides, this isn’t politics.”  That stumped them! I knew this because their jaws dropped and no words came out. These nutters will not face the fact that our world is chock full of random chance events.

Take, for instance, the fact that the opening line of George’s statement and the opening line in the article written by Chip Le Grand (is that a nom de plume?) in the Weekend Australian are both almost identical. George’s statement starts with, “Cardinal Pell is due to give evidence to the Royal Commission in just over one week.”And Chip’s piece starts with, “Cardinal George Pell will provide testimony to the child abuse royal commission from Rome.”

Random chance. It happens all the time. Con countered that by pointing out that in marketing and propaganda, it is a common tactic to start your pitch with a statement that the target audience will agree with automatically and the fact that Pell is about to give evidence to the Royal Commission is a classic example of that. The whole world knows that George said he is going to give evidence! Yes?

I can conceive of the possibility that George’s statement may have been written in an effort to sorta kinda maybe sway people but I can’t accept that Chip, a journalist, would do the same. Nope, it’s a coincidence, I’m sure. And there certainly couldn’t be any collusion.

Anyway, why would a journalist want to get me to agree with him to start with?

“Easy”, said Con. “If he wants to lead the reader astray, he needs to get the reader to first hold hands with him”. He lost me with the holding hands business, I must admit. Maybe it’s a Greek thing, I don’t know.

“But Chip agrees with me, Con! He said Justice Southwell didn’t find the allegations false”.

“Yeah, yeah, to start with,” he said, “but after reprinting George’s claim to have been exonerated, Chip doesn’t mention that there was no exoneration like you did; that it would have been impossible for Justice Southwell to exonerate George and every lawyer involved in the case should have known that. Know what I’m sayin’?  You caught the bugger red-handed and Chip gives him a pass.”

“Well, people forget things, Con. Even George forgets things”.

Con got all red in the face and started to wave his hands in the air. He didn’t look well. He muttered something about “Bloody coincidence theorists”. I’m not sure but I don’t think he was happy with something I said. “You’re just like George”, he finally sputtered. “You need everybody to tell you everything using one syllable words or you don’t know anything”. Now I really am confused.

“Look, James, Chip remembers some things from the Southwell Inquiry but forgets other things. He remembers that the complainant had problems with alcohol and drugs early in his life but forgets that he straightened himself out against all the odds and that he was described in the press at the time as a successful family man and businessman. This man is a man of character,” he said.

“Chip remembers that a lawyer involved with the Southwell Inquiry suggested that the complainant might have been mistaken but forgets the lawyers name or even, crucially, who he was working for. Was he working for Pell, the Church, who?

“He remembers that the complaints became known to the church when the complainant approached the Broken Rites organisation”.

I said to Con that I hope he is not suggesting that Broken Rites broke the man’s confidence in tattling to the Cathedral or even that Chip is suggesting that. “No, no, I’m not suggesting that”.

“Good”, I said, “because it was in the press at the time that the complainant had gone to Towards Healing so George most likely would have learnt about the complaints from them. The complainant was wanting Towards healing to investigate George but they did nothing. But that wasn’t really Towards Healing’s fault because their brief from the college of bishops didn’t allow them to investigate bishops or their superiors. Hmmm . . . why would the bishops do that?”

“You’re kidding me, right? Don’t look at me like that. Anyway, he claims that Southwell said that the complainant had no corroborating evidence and yet Chip remembers later in his article that a witness called Fitzgerald provided corroboration and that Justice Southwell described Fitzgerald as a “patently honest witness” and accepted his evidence. There’s lots more problems like that in the article.”

“Anybody can get confused, Con. If you like, we can go through Chip’s article line by line and look into what you are saying.”

“No, I don’t have the patience for that bullshit. You’d just call everything a coincidence, anyway”

He was right, of course. I would call everything a coincidence because it is. Simple. Anyone can see that, surely!

I think Coincidence Theory gets a bum rap which is strange because most responsible people adhere to the principles of Coincidence Theory every day. Certainly the Catholic Church does and they, above all people, know what the truth is.

Indeed, Cardinal Pell himself, a prince of this Church, acknowledges that the high number of paedophilic priests and religious in the Diocese of Ballarat was a “disastrous coincidence”. There we have it, all we need to know, straight from the horse’s a … er, mouth.

For years Catholic Church officials claimed that the reason they didn’t report paedophile priests to the police and instead moved them to new unsuspecting parishes was to protect ‘the good name of the church’. There are two things wrong with this excuse; three things if you do not allow that the church had a good name to start with!

Leaving aside the arguable third problem, the other two problems are, one, that bishops were threatened with ex-communication (eternity in hell) if they reported priests to the police, and two, when the actions of bishops who moved priests around are looked at closely, it can be seen that they worked against the interests of ‘the good name of the church’. This should not surprise us.

So to the first issue, that of ex-communication – the document forbade church officials from informing the police and were instructed instead to keep the matter quiet which meant keeping the victim quiet and his or her parents as well.

“As, assuredly, what must be mainly taken care of and complied with in handling these trials is that they be managed with maximum confidentiality and after the verdict is declared and put into effect never be mentioned again (20 February 1867 Instruction of the Holy Office, 14), each and every person, who in any way belongs to the tribunal or is given knowledge of the matter because of their office, is obliged to keep inviolate the strictest secrecy (what is commonly called “the secrecy of the Holy Office”) in all things and with all persons, under pain of automatic excommunication, incurred (ipso facto) without need of any declaration other than the present one, and reserved to the Supreme Pontiff in person alone, excluding even the Apostolic Penitentiary.

This document and its instructions have not been revoked and are therefore still in force and would explain why the church is still not informing the police of crimes committed by its clergy. This is illegal under state law. The fact that this document, Crimen Sollicitationis, has not been revoked bears witness to the fact that the Church regards itself as the supreme authority on earth.

“Anatrella stoked that furore earlier this year when it was revealed that he told new bishops at a Vatican-sponsored course that they are not obligated to report a suspected abuser to authorities even in countries where the law requires such reporting.”

The article goes on to quote a church official as stating that this is against church policy. But when you pit church law against stated (for the public) church policy guess which path the church hierarchy will follow? The church hierarchy has consistently followed a legalistic approach to dealing with sexual abuse victims.

The church preaches that God gave them authority over everyone on earth and, of course, it should come as no surprise that they start believing it themselves. These people are seriously deluded.

Indeed, the church holds to the principle of Rule According to Higher Law which places Canon Law above secular law.

“The idea of a law of ultimate justice over and above the momentary law of the state—a higher law—was first introduced into post-Roman Europe by the Catholic Canon Law jurists.”

Think it is not happening now?

A second reason the church thinks it is the supreme authority is because its own arbitrarily composed Canon Law has served as a source of most legal systems in the world. It is the oldest continuous legal system in the world. Therefore, in the church’s eyes, Canon Law is primary and so takes precedence. But all this supposed authority exists purely in the minds, such as they are, of the church hierarchy. No one else has agreed to any of it. Certainly, the Australian government has not agreed to this state of affairs.

So, bishops and the like routinely break the law of the land because they adhere to their own Canon Law believing it to take precedence over state law and also because they are afraid of the penalty of ex-communication should they adhere to government law instead of church law.

This reason is not made known to the public, of course. What they do say publicly is that these church officials, in moving criminal priests around, were endeavouring to protect ‘the good name of the church’. Many people have bought into this idea. The press has bought into it; the Royal Commission has bought into it; and the general public has bought into it, no doubt, following the lead of our social institutions.

But is this reasonable? Does it make sense? I suggest that this reason of protecting ‘the church’s good name’ doesn’t stand up to any sort of close scrutiny.

Let us visit a scene that has occurred countless times over the decades. The parents of a child who has been raped by a priest go to the bishop wanting something done about the priest. They want to be assured that this priest will not offend again and that the church will ensure that this happens.

The bishop, if he takes the charge seriously, will assure the parents that nothing like this has ever happened before and it assuredly will not happen again. The church will take care of it and the parents need not tell any other parishioners or the police that this has occurred. Remember that the bishop is concerned that this will reflect on the otherwise ‘good name of the church’. Or so he says to the parents.

Putting it like this to the parents aligns the church as a potential victim along with the child’s parents. The church is on their side. Or so they believe. The bishop has also invited the parents into a conspiracy of silence against other parishioners and the police.

The paedophile priest concerned is informed that there are complaints about him and he has to see the bishop. What will the paedophile priest want most of all from this meeting? I think it reasonable to expect he will want to be moved out of the parish where he has been uncovered as a paedophile because it may not be safe for him to stay there. Some fathers take exception to their children being raped. In any case, the offending priest will be watched like a hawk and other parishioners will be told to be careful of him with their children. Result? Much less opportunity to indulge his predilection for young children. So he’ll want to move but not to a position that gives him no access to children. He will want to go to another parish where there are unsuspecting children and parents.

Now consider for a moment what you, as the bishop in this scenario, would do. Let’s assume you are mortally afraid of going against Canon Law and so will not inform the police. Let us also assume that you are genuinely concerned about the public image (‘the good name’) of the church. You need to remove the offending priest from the parish because you are afraid that the parents will see that nothing is being done and could go to the police or at least inform other parents in the parish. So he has to be moved, but where to?

Would moving the paedophile to a new parish fix the problem of the priest’s paedophilia? We know, and church officials have known, that this does not fix anything. So the offending will continue. How does this protect ‘the church’s good name’? It doesn’t. So you, as the bishop, would want the paedophile moved to a position where he has absolutely no access to children. But this isn’t what happens, is it?

Moving the paedophile to unsuspecting and greener pastures is exactly what the paedophile wants. It’s the perfect solution for him. He is protected from gossip and possible retaliation and potential problems with the police and free again to indulge his compulsion to rape children.

It is not at all what the parents want for obvious reasons and this is why they are never told that this is what will happen.

And it is not what a bishop concerned with ‘the good name of the church’ wants, either. The offending will continue causing increasing problems into the future for the church and its ‘good name’. It is clearly counterproductive.

So we can say with confidence that any bishop that moves (and sometimes repeatedly moves) a paedophile priest to another parish is clearly not acting in the interests of the church and its ‘good name’. That bishop is unequivocally acting in the interests of the paedophile. He is completely aligned with the paedophile and against the children and their parents and even those who might genuinely be interested in preserving ‘the good name of the church’, such that it is.

The bishop that moves a paedophile to another parish is promoting and spreading paedophilia. That is the fact of the matter and history unequivocally attests to that fact.

Of course, in all of this, at no time do we hear any church official claiming to be acting in the interests of the children in the old or the new parish. That would be laughable if stated plainly, so they never mention it.

Finally, I’ll leave you, the reader, with two questions to answer – what sort of person repeatedly and consistently promotes the interests of paedophiles, spreads paedophilia and works against the safety of the children in his charge? If you had to give this person a label, what would it be?

What would you label an organisation controlled and run by these same people?

Terry Goldsworthy also replaced Paul Wilson as Bond Uni’s head of Criminology, after Wilson was charged.

Fiona Barnett was targeted by Bond University after she adhered to mandatory reporting laws in the Bond Uni clinic. Fiona reported fresh allegations of child abuse by a Miami (Gold Coast) DOCS foster parent against a 10 yo child.

In response, a Bond University psychology lecturer made a false & vexatious notification to the Psychology Board about Fiona Barnett. This lecturer is colleagues with Aileen Pigeon – the person in charge of this research study.

The Bond lecturer removed Fiona Barnett’s age at the time of her child abuse (ie, age 2-17 years) and reported her to police & AHPRA as an adult perpetrator instead of a child victim of her horrendous childhood abuse.

In support of this false & vexatious notification, Terry Goldsworthy used his position as a Bond University lecturer & a Gold Coast police officer. Goldsworthy called Fiona Barnett’s child abuse experience “outlandish claims.”
